About Dive Labs USA

Our Mission

It all started twenty years ago when we realized that all the drysuits we had been using weren’t what we wanted and needed.

So, we thought, why not make a drysuit that was exactly what we wanted? As active cave and technical divers, we have very high expectations for drysuits, so we couldn’t rest until we had the perfect drysuit…

A few years later, after some experimentation, we decided to take a new perspective on drysuit manufacturing and offer something more. We are committed to showing divers that they can get a perfectly fitting, durable drysuit at an affordable price. A well-chosen drysuit can make your dives warmer and more comfortable, so diving can be more fun without having to worry about your gear.

We have built a European company with a professional team to deliver high quality drysuits and accessories, paying special attention to the smallest details from the selection of the best materials to the final touches. Two years ago we are opening US Headquarters and we started serving American customers, because the demand for our products was huge, and we started manufacturing in Pompano Beach, Florida. All our products have Product Insurance.

Warranty

From wherever of the world you buy Dive Labs products, we take our warranty very seriously. Please read our warranty policy below and contact us for further details, or if you have a complaint.

Drysuits:

3 years warranty for workmanship and seams

2 years warranty for materials

1 year for plastic and metal dry zippers

1 year for neoprene dry boots

1 year for valves

This warranty applies for all newly made Dive Labs drysuits, from the date of purchase.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY:

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal use or accident.

This warranty does not cover any damage on latex seals.

Wings, Sidemounts:

Dive Labs warrants to the purchaser, consumer that the products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Additional Warranty: For bladder air seams, valves, low pressure hose, airway and power inflator

3 years for Personal Recreational Diver

3 years for Personal Tech Diver

3 years for Rental/Commercial use

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY:

1.This warranty does not cover finishes, nor does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, material abrasion, punctures, cuts, or de-lamination due to chlorine exposure.

Wings have to receive normal care stated on a user instruction label sewn on products:

The warranties are limited to repair or replacement at the discretion of Dive Labs.
