Wherever in the world you purchase Dive Labs products, we stand behind our craftsmanship and quality.
We take warranty and customer satisfaction very seriously.
Please review our warranty coverage below, and feel free to contact us anytime if you need assistance or have a claim.
Warranty Coverage – Drysuits
Dive Labs drysuits are covered from the date of purchase under the following warranty terms:
- 3 years warranty on workmanship and seam construction
- 2 years warranty on materials
- 1 year warranty on plastic and metal dry zippers
- 1 year warranty on neoprene dry boots
- 1 year warranty on valves
This warranty applies to all newly manufactured Dive Labs drysuits.
Limitations of Warranty – Drysuits
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear from regular diving use
- Any damage to latex seals
Warranty Coverage – Wings & Sidemount Systems
Dive Labs warrants that wings and sidemount products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for:
- 2 years from the date of purchase
Additional Extended Warranty Coverage
For critical inflation and air retention components, Dive Labs provides an extended warranty of:
- 3 years for Personal Recreational Divers
- 3 years for Personal Technical Divers
- 3 years for Rental or Commercial Use
Covered components include:
- Bladder air seams
- Valves
- Low pressure hose
- Airway system
- Power inflator
Limitations of Warranty – Wings & Sidemounts
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic finishes
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Abrasion, punctures, cuts, or impact damage
- Delamination caused by chlorine exposure
Proper Care Requirement
Wings and buoyancy systems must receive normal care as stated on the user instruction label sewn into each product.
Failure to follow proper maintenance guidelines may void warranty coverage.
Warranty Resolution
All warranties are limited to:
- Repair or replacement, at the discretion of Dive Labs.
